I like to scout with Grens until I see some blobs of AT guns and infantry, Then have one Nebel drive forward (not too far) and shoot them plus offmap arty if available and enough mun. Then after that is done the Panthers plus Flame-Pios charge.
Why do you need 2 PAKs?
Isn't one Pak plus some Grenadiers enough? Sure if he kill the Grens thats bad but that means he doesn't kill the Pak, right?
I think I did even see it die to incendiary munition from MG.
I like rifle grenades and faust too much to ever do this. They got so much utility that Grens are my fav infantry. Even when they suck a bit lategame. But it is worth a try. The occasional MG bunker with pios could help against getting rushed too early.
I usually don't use minesweepers until I run into mines just for that reason that it makes the squad weaker (or never and just drive over points with tanks or put arty on them). So I think it would be nice to change that.
I am no pro but I often try to go directly for Captain and an early Stuart.
Kubel can be killed even without Bazookas if you just engage it with all Squads you have and from multiples angles. Then against OKW I just push as hard as possible as early as possible.
When the Stuart hits use it with a flanking move to attack at the same time as your infantry but from behind. Riflemen of course not blobbed together but attacking spaced and trying to kill Raketen or Volks first or just keeping them busy while the Stuart kills ISGs from behind. At the same time use your Howitzers if you already have them to support. Of course if he already has FLAK its hard but often there are some angles with line of sight where Flak cant get either because of range or obstacles.
Of course when ISG is down either destroy or steal it asap.
Not saying this is the perfect plan I think there is no perfect plan as ISG is just OP.
I often build an early Stuart to go for units like ISG/LeiG deep in enemy territory by flanking somewhere around map edges and stuff. But I am not sure if its the best unit for that maybe I should use one of the other light vehicles instead. But then I often skip Lieutenant for Captain so then thats my only choice.
M8a1 is excellent vs infantry in the late game. It's got tge range and accuracy to really devastate infantry. Also does good damage to structurea and can fire over a lot of terrain witg attack ground.
It's absolutely my go to unit in the late game. Follow up with a sherman or jackson.
Thanks. So I better build that one instead of the Priest?
I don't like about the Priest that he can only Barrage. No attack ground and if I attack move it only uses the MG.
