Brit artillery call-ins DO require vision to use. I would know since I, you know, play Brits.

However the 4 cp ability does use on map howitzers so vision requirements are questionable, otherwise it would just be paying 100 munis so you don't have to run in tommies to pop smoke

For extra fun times, get the tank hunters infantry section that highlight tanks on the minimap from half a map away, and barrage tanks while they are repairing. Enjoy the salt when you nuke a King Tiger and 3 vetted repairing sturm pio squads.
Also, some people have been saying the barrage doesn't have flares, it does, at least it does from the Brit player's perspective. You probably didn't notice them called in a mile behind the front line.

That's weird, I've seen the strike in observer mode but I didn't see any flares. I mean, after the 2nd or 3rd shell an illumination flare came down but that's it.

Just watched a replay of me using Concentrated Barrage. From both axis and brit perspective the flairs appear, but disappear in seconds. They seemed to disappear rather fast but I haven't done any side by side comparison yet.

But they apparently forgot that Concetrated Barrage also was designed under the random guise of the global cooldown and having stupid properties, which apparently remained unchanged for release.
The only offmap of no LoS (and i believe the only other brit artillery not requiring los?) that cant be bothered with at all is the Artillery Regiment's unbound base artillery strike. It used to callin in additional offmap artillery shots to make up for the crappiness of the base artillery shells, but apparently thats too much to expect from a "normal" offmap - but of course, concetrated barrage must be released as railway artillery jacked on tons of steroids.

Because it is the base howitzer, plus it is RNG based, plus you must lock urself in anvil to make it more useful, and most importantly it is in a bad commander, so good for you, you won't see any Commando, Croc, Air Supremacy, Typon straf, etc.

I don't mean to be rude, and my French has been rather poor in recent months, but, I must say, with all due respect, fuck you.
This is most certainly not a L2P issue.
Frankly, the issue that Iron Emperor has brought up in this thread is a legitimate issue. Every off-map artillery/air-strike ability that belongs to the original and the WFA factions needs to have line of sight to be called in.
If you, or someone else would like to prove me wrong, then so be it.
But in the meantime, don't be a condescending asshole.

Because the brit 1v1 meta of delaying until the Centaur/6pounder/commandos/crocodile combo wins the game is so legit and based on skill that Axis players need to 'L2P' and adapt.
