From the games I saw, VindicareX for Relief Infantry spam

or Jesulin for the only-partisans-and-T70s build (Jesulin v. VindicareX Game 2)

These 2 matches (and especialy the partisan shit) show how big is the ballance gap between axis and allied. OMG, this game is finished. And they made a tournament.

I would vote for Barton for extensive use of Anti-Infantry Tactics which is one of completely forgotten soviet commanders and constant use of OKW while most matches were dominated by ostheer.

DevM is also a close call for being, i belive, the only player to use usf in main event and what's more using it with huge success, usually without any commander and with completely underused all-tier linear teching strategy.

What's so pecial about using a lot of relief infantry? I see it now and then and use it myself.

I think it's just a branch on some strategies. It may be underutilised, but a whole new strategy? No.
