How can I made that any unit can be inserted in the field as paratroopers? I tried before but the units descend without parachutes and animation.

thanks, for the answer I tried that but works only half, while the unit is descending the soldier is still, he doesn't make the normal animation and landing animation doesn't work too, He lands standing

I make the same test and now the new squad come with parachute but the behavior is wrong (don't move in the air and don't make the animation when they land).
