Forum performance improvements:
Several optimizations were made that improve the forums quality. We want to encourage certain users to make thread with higher standards in order to rise the level of discussion.

Reduce pussyking ~~RoF~~ thread creation from ∞ to 1 per week.

We are looking to minimize the heavy attrition cause by this unit allowing others users to have more time to prepare between each thread. We hope this will improve the readability of the balance section.

The only thing the Panther needs is much weaker rear armour, a smaller frontal armour hitbox, and maybe increased aim time at close range. Only because I like my balance to be authentic
