Played a 2v2 a few days a go, against someone who used triple +5% armour bulletins for the OKW P4.

I guess these bulletins were put into the game before the recent changes to the P4. I have to say, with those bulletins, the tank was insane and just wouldn't die. It laughed in the face of Su-85's and Firefly's.

Can anyone tell me the stats of the OKW P4 with the 15% extra armour, and if vet changes the armour too?

It has 234 frontal armour normally, so with those bulletins it would add up to 269 frontal armour. For comparison, a KV-1 has 270.

The OKW Panzer IV does not get any more armour with Vet, but it's other bonuses are exceptional. Both the OKW P4's bulletins and vet were designed with the assumption that it was bad, but that is no longer true.

it never was bad but it was in a bad doctrine. basically the okw p4 has vet 2 armour bonus from the start then ad the armour bulletins and you get a p4 with panther armour.

This makes it the bane of the regular stock medium armour

That's debatable. It was a tank with the durability and scatter of a T-34/76, that game out at the same time as the T-34/85. And you had to pay for the armoured skirts, which were more or less mandatory.

Also, Panthers have 320 Armour.
