Actually not.
I guarantee you that 100% of screenshots like that have art department touch to it.
That is normal process.
It works like this:
You make a screenshot, give it to arts, they do some magic with provided assets and you end up with promo ready screenshot.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Did Relic ever showed a unit that wasn't implemented in the game in official arts? I doubt it; especially since the tank is kind of in our faces.

The one thing i doubt is that it is indeed there for show purposes.
I mean, for the WFA screenshots, USF was fighting against a million F1 panzer IVs. Though id guess it would be cool to have a hetzer with a flamethrower

Behind the Flammpanzer 38, is that a mortar halftrack? It has the same faction colour as the hetzer and the infrared halftrack. Could it be that OKW will get a mortar halftrack?
OKW has had a Mortar Half-Track listed in Worldbuilder for months, it uses the Ostheer skin though. Looks like it's finally coming out now.

And they all had the Ostheer skin. I assume they were placeholders, for what I don't know. Nothing in OKW's Army is similar to the F1 anyway. But maybe it was something that was flat out removed, like the StuG III or Tank Hunters.
