Units do take 50% less damage from fire when in red cover, but they don't take extra damage when in cover unlike vcoh

Does the halftrack still shit out guns on to the ground or will it become a portable weapon rack?
If it's the former, Conscripts might finally scale better when they're all running around with Vickers and PIATs supplied by a friendly brit.

It's funny how people think every brit player is just going to give their soviet allies hundreds of resources worth of weapons. Even if they did they are doing so by hurting their own effectiveness.
Of course in 2v2s and some 3v3s you'll have to be economical, but things could get silly in 4v4s.
Although not much people expect 4v4s to be balanced in the first place but still.
