Have you guys noticed if you do any unit abilities and decide to cancel it , it doesnt return your ammo ? and it also reloads the ability like you have used it. i tested alot of games and made sure this is bug and happened in each game i played since the last patch.
Simple just make a grenadier squad try to panzerfaust or rifle grenade somewhere then order your unit to move somewhere ( like what we do in coh 1 to avoid throwing a useless grenade ) the unit doesnt fire the ability it only takes your ammo and also it reloads the ability time like you have used it!
