Ive watched the Multiplayer trailer of CoH2 from Machinima
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UquNLf51rww

and I noticed, that some of the Proverbs of few units are not even ingame.

Is there a reason why Relic didnt use them ingame?

I like how those mortars seem to be firing nuclear bombs of some sort.

They simply could have recorded lines and then declined to use them.

For example:

That just happens, sometimes. Maybe they think it doesn't fit for some reason, maybe the unit they want it for gets cut so they don't use it (and of course, as we can hear from Stormtroopers sounding like Panzergrenadiers in their ambient lines frequently...the reverse sense of need can happen).

Additionally, they swapped voices around. The part when the Grenadiers' info panels appear has the GrW unit speaking.

Lastly, they could have also recorded lines specifically for the trailer, though the ones used there sounded generic enough I'd doubt that was why they didn't.

You mean like this -

I think it's cause such fuel tanks and turret were used only on tanks that were produced in 1942. Relic preferred later model.

It's the same tank model, the only difference is the boxes on the back. The model in CoH2 is the T-34 M1943, with the hexagonal 3-man turret. Previous models only featured cramped 2-man turrets.

CoH2's model isn't actually bad, what makes it look bad is the textures. The texture artist made the paint look 5mm thick, and the corners look like someone took a hand sander to them until they got down to the metal.
