I have tought about something I feel missing.
A "disable" option.
Let me explain. OKW's Volks and ST have the Salvage option, which destroy Support weapons and wrecks. Why others faction do not have something like this?
Of course, they would just disable the support weapon and not yield ressources.
I thought of this because, as a USF/OStheer/SU player, the only way you have to "deny" lost support weapon is to bomb them and it costs quite a lot of ammo.
What do you think about that?

I wouldn't look at it as "disable", but the resource boost.
The OKW equivalent of cache.
Destroying weapon is just a mandatory side effect.
OKW also stays before the choice of "do I want to steal this weapon or do I want to convert it to resources".
If they didn't had salvage, all you'd see would be either stolen or shrecked to death decrewed weapons, which equals the same.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

You dont need to use ammo in order to destroy a weapon. You can issue attack command with every tank/atgun/shreck/bazooka/ptrs and destroy the weapon as any faction to deny it to the enemy.
You can also mine it to trap enemy soldiers trying to crew it.

That option would add some tacticala option for players. Ppl would maybe less spam support weapon for instance.
And you would not need to tech or buy a M20 to mine it to deny it.
