Can anyone answer how resources work? Specifically if there's a multiplier or if some factions get more than others and why? Thanks

The more strategic points you have the more resources you will get. Normal strategic points give you plus +2 Fuel and 3 Muni (correct me if I am incorrect) and the dedicated fuel gives you 7 Fuel and dedicated munitions points gives you 6 Munitions per second extra.

The only faction that has a reduced income is OKW who only gets 80% of the munitions income.

Also Manpower income is tied to how much popcap you're using, so the more popcap heavy units you have, the more your manpower income will slow.

That's why having all 3 officers + 3-4 squads of infantry + vehicles as USF,or 2 tigers and a decent amount of infantry as ostheer is tough to maintain. Your manpower income will be crippled.(also called Bleeding out)

Normal points generate 3 fuel and 5 munitions.

Fuel points generate 7 fuel, munitions points generate 11 munitions.

OKW gets 80% muni and 66% fuel per point.

This isn't true for OKW, due to the fact the game cannot into fractions.

All OKW fuel income gets a .66 modifier, now, you might think this means that you get exactly that but because you can't get fractions of a fuel the game is forced to round up or down to give you correct fuel income.

Normal points give OKW 1.98 fuel, which rounds to two which is very close to 2 so it doesn't matter much. What's tricky is fuel points give you 4.62 fuel, but round up to 5 so in the long run OKW benefits pretty significantly from fuel points which is why if you can afford it just cede map control to capture both fuel points at all costs.

Normal points give you a perfect .66 of 4, so no math there, and munitions points give you 8.8 which rounds to 9.

So depending on fuel points you might between 70-74%

@Alexzandvar I know it's not exactly 80% or 66%. I just stated the "official" ressource income.

@Fichtenmoped NP :D

1 pop cap = 1.5 manpower

So USF can increase their MP income by decrewing their vehicles (Priest for example).

I only ask because in my latest 2v2 game, well look:

http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=9zx76f&s=8#.VWhcs0b8uq4

My opponent (Prince) had consistently higher resources. Now look at who controlled the points...

See the problem?

Yeah thats probably due to your field presence, more units = less manpower income.

The first graph says that he was just floating resources (probably muni as allies tend to do this) the whole game not that he was earning them faster. Looking at the angle between graph and x axis you can see that his income was usually worse and sometimes the same as yours. It may mean that he had more caches or that you played okw.

Your income is incremented every game tick as a float. The displayed value is rounded for readability, but has no impact on your income rate.

I would need to check for the files for that, since it seems every time Iv played that math lines up with OKW benefiting from having more specialized points over having more normal points.

All the values are per Minute to be precise. Otherwise new people won't understand.

Watch the replay if you have it, you can see incomes of all players in every second of the match that way. You can also upload it here.
