"The Command Tank provides defensive bonuses to units in the same sector" http://www.coh2.org/guides/2573/german-unit-guide

What bonuses exactly? Am I mistaken when recalling that the command tank provides its bonuses to units near the tank, and not just in friendly territory?

20% reduced damage, which equates to 25% hp increase for units in that sector.

Units benefiting from the aura have a 0.8 received damage multiplier. Pretty sure that it is only from being in the same sector though I'll admit I'm having trouble being sure about that from looking at it in the attribute editor.

Speaking about command tanks, can someone please post the basic stats that the command panther gives?

I am also interested in the bonuses that the M4 shermans get when being close to each other (that radio thing).

I don't know if this only occurs when using Easy Eights but there appears a little buff icon inside the unit's portrait which is called something like "radio connection".
This buff occurs when two or more Shermans are close to each other.

Radio Net, which increases the Sherman’s rate of fire and line of sight range when allied tanks are nearby. I know the regular Shermans get it idk about the easy eights or the lend lease ones.

The modifiers are a 0.9 reload multiplier and a 1.05 sight multiplier.

Soviet command tanks or officiers required! 2 Axis command tanks, 2 Axis command officiers - 0 for USSR. Hail to the great balance!

Yeah, because Soviets feel like they need even more buffs right now...
And since you apparently didn't realise that there are two different Axis factions, I will apply the same ignorance to show the stupidity of your post: Allies have 4 officers right now (LT, Captain, Major, Airlanding Officer).

The sector the CommandPz is in. And it only works in captured territory.

Now it is an aura and as far as I know it does not affect the tank it self...

And soviets don't need more buffs? I guess, they need, and a lot.

And Allies have only 2 real officiers, actually - Major and Airlanding. LT is totally same riflemen squad, and Capitan is riflemen squad with pretty strange abiltiies, but without aura-effect.

In any case, adding Commissar squad or Command KV-1 would be very helpful.
