Reminds me of when the Pak TWP was bugged, so they fixed it in a patch. Then the next patched unfixed it and it stayed that way for months.
Lets hope Relic gets on this one quickly.

Vehicle crits make no sense. Why would you have a greater chance to hit the gun or the engine when a tank is near death? Why does a mine destroy the engine and not the tracks? Why does repairing a tank revive a dead gunner?
Aircraft crashes also make no sense. They seem like they take a dive the moment they get killed. That's not how physics work.
And even if physics weren't an issue, since you have no control over where and how the aircraft fly, the chance of it falling on you should be completely removed.

Because it's a game, and the Criticals are at least consistent now. Except Abandon, that desperately needs reworked. It'd be nice if Abandon destroyed the tracks or required fuel to crew (like in AA).

It USED to have like major crits on every recrewed tank so you couldn't salvage them unless you had a safe field.
I liked it that way.

This is actually the best post on CoH2.org that I've ever read. Hell, it is probably the best post on any game forum that I've ever read.
Beautifully written/constructed. Perfect argument. Simply amazing.
I think the Kappa posts are often funny too.
Old post, I know.
