Vet abilities - Infantry/Armored detection

This would be the last "rework" ability thread, and probably focus later on suggesting different vet abilities for different units. I made the mistake last week of naming other units and possible vet abilities when the topic thread was tracking.
While Armored detection is a commander ability, since it works in a similar way i'll thought i should include it here.

Infantry detection (221 and 251): for 10 muni it detects infantry for 20s.
Kubel does the same thing (detection) for free with instant toggle.
On it's current state, why not just remove the munition cost and leave the duration and give it an increased cooldown.


Armored detection (conscripts?): for 60 muni it detects armor for 30s.
Make it passive, working like Forward Observers, from the USF commander Recon support company. Make it work when in cover or garrisoned.

doesn't kubel move slower when it activates the mode?

armoured detection i found useful at times, but for 60muni? not really.

Yep, but as i said, the de/activation is inmediatly.

Signal relay (OKW) reveals all vehicles on all the map and cost 50 (and still not worthy)

I would like both detection abillities to be just passive when you are immobile.

For infantry it would be limited to cover or garrison. Then it would help quite a bit!
