I know, I'm not the only one who thinks this is really a balance issue.
High DPS, 6 models and extremely game changing veterancy bonuses. They need a build/reinforcement cost increase.

I'm pretty sure my vehicles were hit by AT nades thrown by penals several times untill now. It is because that AT tactics commander that soviets have? I don't own that commander and I don't use penals. I am a Maxim spammer.

Fight them like they were poor mans rifles, which they are.
They arrive later, scale worse, are helpless against vehicles, MGs, simple focus fire.
