Kinda don't want to hear your apologetic bullshit

Iv been playing literally nothing but USF lately and you have so many more Rifles than he has gren's It don't matter, it's even funnier when you spam BAR's lol

Is this some kind of shitty attempt at trolling or something because im not impressed

From the Patch notes if you play the game you will notice these minor differences. If you keep your LMG Grens at long ranges, yes you can beat rifles and cons no problem, if you let them close on you than you should retreat and not stand there and losing squads.

Grenadiers
Intended to excel at long range
Highest long range damage output for its tier
Abilities load out geared towards long range combat

• Far accuracy 0.52
• Far aim time multiplier 3.25

If all of his Grens have LMG's, why don't all of your Riflemen have BAR's?

The patch notes are just the reasoning for changes, not the actual effect. Stock Riflemen still beat stock Grenadiers at all ranges most of the time. BAR Riflemen vs LMG Grenadiers is not much different either. The LMG helps make up for the damage vs durability gap between the two units, the BAR significantly lowers the LMG's impact.

As for patch note accuracy:

• The Panzer IV will continue to dominate the T34 in the anti-armor role but will perform worse versus infantry. That said, compared to the Panther, the Panzer IV does perform better vs. soft targets including infantry and light vehicles.

• The goal was to improve the anti-armor capacity of the T34 to open up the number of viable strategies available to Soviets. We wanted to improve the appeal of the third building by reducing its dependence on additional anti-tank units. Relative to the Panzer IV, the T34 will lose the majority of engagements unless it is able to capitalize on its superior mobility. However, the T34 outperforms the Panzer IV against soft targets. The previously low armor of the T34 provided it very little protection against most German anti-tank sources; the increase to 150 significantly changes this relationship.

Patch notes are nice but it doesnt match reality. the greatest strength of the usf infantry is that thx to smoke they can control the battlefield and can choose to fight either close or far.
same goes for shocks and scripts (oorah) btw.

You choose to run but you can easily lose a good position to a charge.

That said rifles with bar will still do a lot of damage at range and you can easily close the gap. simply put usf uinfantry with enough ammo will outclass grens.

Now this is not something i have an issue with. but you also need to deal with the hyper effective or us track with a rather under performing tier 2. ost tier 3 gets completely nullified by the jackson and tier 4 is nearly unreachable.

And the ostheer was the weaker faction in 1vs1 before the wfa expansion being vulnerable to shit like maxim spam and sniper spam.

The 2 most important fixes would be a better 222 (al the while increasing it costs) and giving the stug back its old TD role

Slightly buff:

- MG42
- Panzerwerfer
- StuG
- Elefant

Decrease:

- Tech cost for T3 and T4
- Cost for the Flammenwerfer-Ht upgrade to 100 mun

Increase/ add:

- Call in fuel cost
- Fuel cost for the Tiger Ace

---> voila, Ostheer is a competitive and versatile faction again.

Grens are quite viable atm. The last thing we need is a buff which further encourages blobbing. MG buffs are better for that.

Ostheer is a stupid faction. All their units are shit except for:

- The grenadier squad which is far too fucking good with LMG42s. Removes all skill from infantry fights once you have munis to upgrade them and use rifle grenades. These units singlehandedly make Ostheer good in 2v2 and make 1v1 somehow winnable.
- StuG E. Because pay2win commanders are OK.
- Tiger. Because not teching is good.
- Luft supply in team games.
- T2 light vehicles. Halftracks and Armored cars are pretty damn good but I rarely see anyone use them well.

So please, nerf this insane LMG DPS at long range bullshit and buff the HMG42 (by removing smoke from rifles for instance).

I didn´t say they are the blob faction and that Grens are unbeatable... I meant to say that Grens are still more viable than MGs. And that is a fact.

If you buff Grens and don´t buff the MG, things wont become better. Then Ostheer turns into the same OP shit as OKW and USF blobs.

Ostheer should rather rely on a good combination of good performing MGs and decent Grens. Not strong Grens and poor MGs.

All MG's need a change independent of Grens sucking ass in the current super high DPS and indirect fire meta. They will continue to under preform as long as A. Ostheer has a large MP deficit and B. They are stuck at a 4 man squad.

Buffing Grens would just make them able to hold off the insane amount of infantry Allies can pump out early in game, you still would have nowhere near the MP to "blob" them as it were.
