Its shitty, its allied, its greatly outdated and underpowered and its soviet on top.
Matches all relic criteria to add new units based on performance of partisans, irregulars and M-42 AT gun.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

The T-26 probably on the same level (Armour wise) as a 222 Scout car. I think it'd be worth considering it more on the armoured car level (in terms of its arrival in the game) as compared to tanks.

Yes it's been in the world builder files since release. Also World builder doesn't give anything away either it's simply labelled: wrecked_early_war_tank_01
Funny as it sounds, you'd be surprised at the number of things in world builder that to my knowledge aren't used on any Relic made map.

Is that a 4v4 game?
10 or 12 players each, cannot remember. Its fun and addictive, but gets really boring at the highest tier tanks for me. Tier 6 - 7 was my favorite.

As many have said, it is a T-26 soviet light tank. Very early war, and a development of the Vickers 6-Ton British light tank from 1932.
Not much of a surprise, as British tank designs were pretty much the template to which most Interwar tanks were built. Which is a shame, because whilst they seemed great, a lot of them were crap.
T-26 was a lovely little thing though. Good armour for the beginning of the war, but as all early war tank designs, soon outclassed by AT guns and evolving military theory.
It's things like the lack of light tanks and early designs that really make me miss the fact that there's no option for Early War combat. So much of the war glossed over in lieu of designs churned out for the last ten minutes, given center stage as if they were the most important thing in all of WWII
Coincidentally the same timeframe that makes German armored combat actually good...

It's very COH2 like isn't it? Just a horde of tanks charging into a horde of Infantry firing wildly and hitting almost nothing, while people drive trucks into the middle of combat.
Still, the USSR did wreck Japan so hard in 39' Japan promised to never attack the Soviet Union ever again.
