no, it is not Avast, I have Kaspersky Anti-Virus and the same problem. My friend have the same problem

Apparently the game is infected with virus now. Or maybe relic is trying to snoop on our asses.

My whole PC freezes sometimes while running the game. Perfect quality assurance

I had the same issue with my anti virus, F-secure. I disengaged anti-virus for the patch download, and once it was all installed I turned it back on. Works great.
