Sturms lose up to 3 models when closing in. So They are a worthless unit against SU. You are left with volks, who are worse than Pusstruppen.
They are not close combat specialists. Use at medium range.

Also flak armor for light vehicles could be cool.
And phase shields for tanks.
And refraction fields for weapon teams.

Is it a good idea if OKW could be able to purchase Flame suits? It would be really helpful when playing against SU. At least sturmpios should have this option IMO.
Meh... Let them do it...
Of course those asbestos suits are pretty shiny and hard to move in, so I don't think you will want to do it after they nerf their speed and reload times and give them a huge positive received accuracy modifier.

1. Flame Resistant suits actually existed and were used on the battlefield. They weren't some rare prototype and were actually effective if someone sprayed you with flames.
2. OKW is too weak. Especially sturmpios. Buff is required.
3. Assault engineers are too effective with their flamers. The ability to mow them down with crazy speed is insufficient. Their fire musn't be effective.
4. The real problem with the Soviets are flamethrowers. It's not like fixing the other issues will solve the problem of flamethrowers being a tad (in other words, astronomically) more effective than they should be.
5. This is a good idea that I fully support.

seriously though my point is SPs have no chance when there are so manny flamguys around. If flame-suits are unrealistic and historically inaccurate and "OP" as well, A solution or tip, aside from L2P (I am learning and improving at playing this game already) , would be nice.

If only OKW had other units they could use. Perhaps infantry that had a better range, or a vehicle of some sort since they are much more resistant to flames... Maybe mount a powerful machine gun on the top of it?
What am I talking about?!? That would just be silly.
