You misunderstood me. When I mean COH 2 Russian syndrom I mean that your hands are tight to use 2-3 combos max in order to succeed, all other options will result in failure. It is not balance problem, rather mechanic regarding Russian tech.

ok axis sindrome i hear u. i dont like maxim spam tacticks but sometime its really only way.

Maxim spam is pretty terribad. I prefer penal spam nowadays into either partisans + T3, or guards + T3/4.

I honestly feel like relic kinda had a cool Idea going for soviets early on in design (ie restricted teching but best units at their jobs), but that this design faltered when the nerfs came to su85, t34, and general tech costs. I still remember the beta where soviets had t34s that could do extremely good AI, at the cost of AT while su85s could be used in a supporting role for AT.

1) zis gun fake that pak and germans have pak-43 and more effective pak-40 with super mega health troops. soviet zis -3 kill evety easy.
2) all soviet haved week infantry and die so fast esspecially OKW blobs with g43 profile and mg34 ober.
3) ostr 2 shreks panzergrinaders (2 squad kill all soviets tanks) mg42 spam with 110 sector fire covers
4) guards lose 2-3 man with !!! 1 shoot pz4. so u must retread.

sooo all germans have best tanks/ best weapons. so when germans have stars - u sucked at late game. all this - big problem in big games 3-4 mode. And its not epic faild if u play in 1-2 mode> because maps small size.
5) so soviet havent good medium tanks at all and germans have panter with strong front armor. its wrong.

so if reic cant fixing this problems many people drop this game. and i dont wanna pay fo new campaing/ because relic cant fix balance long time and sucked every time (usf+soviet) all time.



1)zis gun have slower reload time than pak40, but zis gun have anti-infantry barrage. Germans have pak43 but soviet have the BIG B-4 gun which can 2 shot JT or KT.
2)I think you are talking about the OST army. lol. As everyone knows, Ost 4 men squard has the lowest HP of infantry.They face the risk of being wiped out all the time.
3)Ost 2 shreks panzergrenadier kill all soviet tanks ? you are kiding man.ISU-152 can 1 shot 4-6 men, costing Ost 340 Manpower in 1 sec. They will be wiped out suddenly. Also, IS-2 can 1 shot 3-4 men at least. 2 squard PG will be wiped out by Katyusha's barrage if they stand close to each other. Use Katyusha and incendiary bomb and ST if you feel 2 squard PG is a pain.
4)YES, Guards lose 2-3 men by 1 shot from p4, they still have 3-4 men. And GD lose 3 men by 1 shot from T3485, They have only 1 men left.
5)When the german have 1 panther, the soviet must have at least 2 T3485s , as you know, the high tech cost of ost.2 T3485 can destroy 1 panther easily with a good flanking move.Front armo, even with 320 front armo ,the panther still can be penetrated by M36 easily. 2 shots from 2 M36 can low the panther's HP to 320.

Comparing ISU shot with panzerIV? Your about as fair and objective as fox news.

How about you look at a tiger shots, which will drop all 6 men. Alternatively, it will drop 4 and then the pintle will finish off the rest.

I agree with Faus. Guards are very useless nowadays, because they are so weak and thier dp28 doing so low damage. Ptrs is bullshit - only versus scout cars. Guards need some buff. Their ability to stop tanks is too expensive and useless. T3485 is okay.

PTRS probably needs a mega penetration, accuracy and general dps buff. It should be a buzzsaw to the hammer of pgren double panzershreks. What they are currently is simply useless.

Haven't played the beta patch. But from my experience Guards are already very good vs light vehicles and sniper-like versus infantry. Buffing PTRS could just make sniper/guards combo impossible to beat.

maybe the new patch will be new skins new weapons and vehicles for the Soviets and Americans osheer okw and for osheer would like a new weapon Hafthohlladung and I would like to be a tiger in T4 and T34 at the germans / 85 and KV1 with the Soviets

Skins can be new units from 1944 and new vehicles and weapons from the Soviets and Americans osheer OKW not to mention the commanders to increase the level's leadership, I hope that in the next patch will be playing a more realistic

I'm inclined to agree with the light vehicles bit, but the sniping light infantry I haven't seen much at all.

I guess some middle ground needs to be found, (then again, what about pgren pshreks, they can come out pretty early too if need be...)

Greyhound for USF may need a look at, the Cannister shot is really, really good. Aside from that, on some closed maps, the early game vs USF as Ostheer is a wee bit touch and go, with the bar buff, lieutenant coming as part of the tech (with a bar) and that 1st light vehicle hitting the field soon after and bars. I would not mind a slight adjustment here, nothing too radical though.Bit of a broken record on that subject though, admittedly now, saying it all week ;)

The mobile defense Ostruppen appear to be separate to normal Osttruppen (credit to Cruzzi), making them effectively harder to kill. They might be a touch too tough now, although that is an impression formed from limited testing.
