I have the feeling that it will exactly be like this.
I also expect a few senseless Ostheer nerfs because they are über OP.

- Kubel fuel cost increase.
- All Super heavies nerfed either by adding a massive cost, or making them not such a giant leap that people just stall for them.

No doubt it will follow a similar path to the other patches this year, they will double a few numbers on the US faction, divide by 2 a few numbers on the OKW stats, and then release live only to follow with a hot-fix which reverts every change the next week

My predictions?
Side armor changes. Relic will totally overhaul the way side armor works in this game, and we'll have to totally rethink the way we think about side armor. Some tanks will get a side armor nerf, while others will get MASSIVE side armor buffs. I have no idea which ones will get the buffs or nerfs to side armor and I'm excited to find out.

Yep and penetration will be based on the angles of the incoming shell

Wow now wouldn't be THIS something?! Even if it's a joke I would realy like see some things like these implemented. Penetration is allready range dependant. Side armor + angles addition would be totally awsome
