Wonder why Jesulin & Aimstrong etc... always start with several cons and manage to win.
I guess most people just fail to utilize them, because too micro intensive. Spamming maxims seems to be easier for most.

Con spam is good early-mid game but you have to start transitioning out of the build by mid-game or it'll slowly drain you to death.

Pretty much this. They are good in groups of 3+. When the LMG42 Gren's start rolling out add a couple extra conscripts for safe measure. More, more more!!!

Molotov cons are good in bulk in urban maps against Ostheer, where you have to worry much less about MG, LMGs and riflenades.

In any other situation, they're mediocre or bad.
