How does it work if you sign up solo and your teammate is in a different country?

We have many solo signups, so whenever we have 2 solo's from the same country, we put them together, notify them so they can start practising together.

Willy Pete: Re-releasing free DLC so they can charge new players money for it. Brilliant marketing strategy
