My question is seriously. How to get this? Im new...

I have one of the medium skins through warspoils. But only 1 though, not the complete set.

OKW/USF skins were granted to players who have pre-ordered western-front armies. I'm not sure if you can buy them in the steam-shop.

Not them but different skins should be sold in store. I dont want to play with non-camo vehicles..

Yes, you unlock them through War Spoils.

And also Cynthia said on the Official Forums that the WFA skins along with a re-release of all the other skins will be released somewhere this fall. The Ostheer and Soviet skins will now be pattern based instead of season based (like the WFA skins).

No, you'll just be able to also use the winter skins on summer maps and vice versa.

Campaign games dont count. Theater of war and offline skirmishes against the AI do count afaik.
