Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

The only thing missing is a few duplicate victory strikes, but you were probably too busy getting a record breaking number of faceplates to receive anything else.

I personally like how, even with all these faceplates to choose from, he's still using the default one from the Collector's Edition.

There must be some kind of game data that determines drops.
What are the odds of this happening by chance. 6 times the same faceplate (assuming you had it before).
Also things like my totally anecdotal theory that the NKVD commander drops surprisingly often.

How hard is to make a "forge" system, where you can, I dont know, melt some duplicates and get higher tier items? This already exists in so many games and solve a great deal of frustration.
Just got this one today, while playing US, my first commander drop after bazillion games...
There must be some kind of game data that determines drops.
What are the odds of this happening by chance. 6 times the same faceplate (assuming you had it before).

It goes to show that "Play to Win" is not profitable AT ALL. Playing more gives you even more duplicates.

In 266 hours of gameplay since WFA was released, I've been playing no other faction besides OBK, and I've won three commanders. Scavenge (OBK). Recon (USF). Industry (Soviet).
My personal opinion on war spoils is ambiguous, as both sides of this seemingly community-wide argument have valid points. It's free content, so I look at it as content which I'm not entitled to be handed in the first place. At the same time, 250+ hours per one commander for the faction I enjoy most seems like a very high mountain to climb. Also, the number of duplicates, mainly faceplates, is starting to get a little depressing.
