if any of you experience this again shut down the game and save your warnings log (My Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes 2\ warnings.log) by renaming it to something else like warnings-freeze-disconnect. Send the log to jlee@relic.com with a short description of what happened so relic can investigate what is happening with the game to cause the disconnect.

This used to happen to me once a day at most, now it's happening almost every game. Not sure if coincidence or what.

Send the log to jlee@relic.com with a short description of what happened so relic can investigate what is happening with the game to cause the disconnect.

It turns out that alt+tabbing out while the game is frozen will immediately unfreeze it, for me at least. Hope that's helpful.

Will have to try this. This happens to me almost every game but isn't happening to my teammates on Mumble. Nothing wrong with my connection either.

I am having the same issue too. Playing a match, the game freezes, then un-freezes itself and everything moves at lightening speeds. The worst is at the start of the game when I bump into at Strum pio squad and the game freezes and then fixes itself only to watch my squad get killed like watching a reply on x8.... ha ha ha.

After this patch tonight it has been really bad. It's definitely a server issue because when I logged in the "connecting" message appeared and it took a while for the automatch to load up.
Had 3-4 games of horrible freezes, and one full-on disconnect (the others I had to abandon the games as freezing for 20 secs in an RTS is basically 2-3 units gone). But my last one it just cleared up, so something got unborked, I would imagine...
But since WFA it has been intermittent, I get it infrequently but still enough to be annoying. Tonight has just been insane.

i get in almost every game the freeze for a few seconds and then unfreeze. After the unfreeze the 5-6 seconds that i was frozen got displayed super fast in like 1-2 seconds.

I've had some problems with this but my brother keeps getting drops after freezes along with one of my regular mates on almost every match.
The game freezes every now and then for a few seconds, but usually it simply catches up to the other players. Sometimes it results in a drop.

I got this problem too, first the games just freeze now and then and then I get a defeat from dropping.

Ugh it is happening to me again no stop tonight. Yesterday minimal issues now i can go more than 1 min with out the stupid thing freezing which is cool when you run into strum pios and you watch your rifles get squad wiped in the first minutes of a match. Alt tabbing trick seems to not help me anymore as well....
