Now that the DLC has arrived we now have 4 factions. Before, in the previous game when there were just Soviets and Germans so it was easy to re-balance the game, making it fair for both factions as the one nerf/buff would fix the problem without leading to any other problems.

Now however there are 4 factions, this means that when something is nerfed/buffed it can have a consequence on 2 other factions as one solution usually only balances 2 factions.

So overall it makes it rather difficult to balance something without it being a great advantage/disadvantage to other factions. My suggestion would be to create a game searching system where players can choose which factions they want to play against. As an Ostheer player they may choose to only play against Soviets or Americans or both. This way players can have more of a choice of who they want to play against. I suggest this because at the moment the factions aren't balanced so some players would want the choice in who they'd go against.

When everybody knows that one faction is underpowered, why should they bother to play against any faction but this one? This feature would probably take the stronger faction out of the game.

well, this will force Relic to act upon the factions which are "stronger" if people start choosing other opponents then Relic will see this and will change the game.
