They've said there are plans for single player content, but no one knows when it will come.

Hopefully there is, Relic does great campaigns(We'll forget about Retribution).

They may be plans for one, a couple of the vehicles have doubles with "sp" instead of "mp" at the end of their file-names, and this is only done for units appearing in campaigns. There's also some units under OKW like the 223 Radio Car, 251 FHT, Pak 40, and MG 42.
