DLC Commanders for western front

I heard that you can get 3 new commanders for each faction via "spoils of war" System randomly after a match if you have a lot of luck. If you get a commander you can use him for only 72 hours and then (maybe)if you want to have him permanentely you have to buy him for 3.99$ or so in the steam store? Is this true? several peoples told me about that. can anybody confirm these System from relic?
I heard that 3 new commanders for OKW and US army getting soon added in the steam store for 3.99$ per commander.?
Any Infos about that?

I unlocked some commanders, and they are NOT TIMED. So if you got them from spoils, they are there to stay. Will provide screenshot if you want. Hoy.

How does this "Withdraw and Refit" work?
It lets you get rid of your early game light armour / scout cars and convert them into resources.

Then you dont have scout/fast units anymore. Why would you build a unit just to remove it again?
You've got a surviving scout car and a half track and it's mid-late game. The Germans have pulled out a Panther. It's too squishy and you want a Tank Destroyer. You recall the scout car and get extra resources so you can build the TD.

Withdrawl the scout car for resources. Get a stuart or even a sherman. Remove that crew, replace it with the crew who had vet 2 or vet 3 in the scout car. Then POOF, you have a vet 2/3 sherman or stuart. Depending on your choices.

Let me tell you guys a secret why this thing is OP. This was a strat that corp.shepherd developed. Use the WC51 dodge cars. Get one of those vet 2 or 3 which is easily. Remove the crew and keep them at base. Replace the crew with rear troops.

Then so be it. The ability will always work this way unless it is completely removed - and it is a rare commander, am i right? Guess that is the secret...
