Problem with the official forums?

Is there anyone here who is an admin at the CoH 2 official forums who could look up my situation? I can't reply to posts or create new threads for some reason.

I tried to PM an admin there to resolve this issue but all I got was a message 'you are not allowed to view this page' so that's why I'm asking here.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

I have problems there too. Sometimes when I click on a forum, it just goes to a blank screen. I see the background and the frame, but it's just a void. I have trouble embedding YouTube vids too. I've pretty much given up going there because the forums code is just too buggy and frustrating.
