The things you find in world builder

Here are some of the interesting things i found in coh 2 world builder:

German

Halftrack upgrade: Walking stuka



Wirbelwind



Cin_grenadier

Cin_Ostruppen

Fallshirmjager

Tankhunter



Nebelwerfer_rocket



Tiger_upgrade_shell

Schumine and schumine_batch. Texture looks similar/same as the soviet cheap mine expect the size of the german mine is bigger

Soviet

There isn't really much interesting new things shown for the soviets/american

Checkpoint



And then theres the basic american weaponry sticky bombs, pineapple grenade, bazooka, 30cal, 50cal and so on

And this all this info is available in the world builder. Just wanted to gather the interesting parts here for the lazy ones. :banana:

There's a lot of stuff in World Builder, some of it is just leftover scraps from CoH1.

Here's 2 things I found, old Sherman and Puma with their new counterparts.




Sorry for the bad angle, it's hard to get a good picture of them due to the fact that their physics are FUBAR, they like to bounce in and out of the ground rapidly while reversing once you spawn them, it's difficult to get a good shot.

Other thing I just found, there's a lot of really sci-fi looking decals in nm_snow_urban, and I'm not sure why. They certainly don't fit the WW2 theme, could they have been carried over from another Relic game?

use chrome, left click on the picture --> search image in google

It is an imperial eagle from Warhammer, so yeah probably carried from it.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

Yeah definately DoW II, I looked at some screenshots and right away spotted a couple of the decals in my post. Interesting. Also I fixed the formatting of said post, whoops.

Does DoW II have any arctic / glacial levels too? Because there's quite a few textures for glaciers in the texture / splines / splats tools.

Yes there are plenty of ice maps in DoW2. I'm just waiting for next expansion pack, 41st millenium front armies. Baneblade vs ISU152 battles.
