Gifs not working as intended

In the Introduction to the COH franchise on the portal the VP gif works alright, but the two other gifs only work "once". For example the cut off gif shows "Cut Off" once, changes to "Connected" and never changes again.

Refreshing or clearing cache doesn't help. I'm using Chrome.

That's a bummer. They work fine in Firefox.

They work fine here in Chrome as well

Edit: Wait, on second check, they don't work anymore. They worked fine when I was reading the article, wtf!

2nd edit: They also work fine when i right-click->Open image in new tab

. It's the same with other gif's as well; smilies, etc.

Yes, i've noticed this bug as well. On this website .gif images sometimes freeze. They unfreeze again if you simply move to another tab and come back, so they are reloaded into the cache. It only happens in Chrome for me.

I had found that fix as well, but it doesn't work for big .gif images like the ones I was talking about :/

Yeah, nothing we can do about it!

.. besides doing Javascript animations instead, lol..

Chrome error, nothing much we can do about it.
Try to highlight and unhighlight them.

aerafield: @LimaOscarMike I would say nowadays is a decent time to try CoH3. If you loved CoH2 however, there is a solid chance you're gonna dislike CoH3

Rosbone: But I agree, the cost to get a full decent Coh game pushing $115 US is not the best idea. Especially when it needs so much more work for casuals.
