As always, a thread with utter exaggerations.

There are plenty of ways to balance this building without completely ruining it. Longer build times, cost, limiting the units that can build them.

To the poster that asked how long it takes with a flamer? 76 seconds assuming your unit is not disturbed during that time.

Omfg pls stop using the word "OP", in combination with "bunkers" -_-

I think that's the biggest issue, the CoH2 bunkers get the same arc of fire as a normal Vet0 MG42--they have a silly range and large area they can cover.

because it is the same weapon ?! oO

Sigh

"I lose to this thing, therefore thing is broken"

Tanks and Zis take them out

M3s drive past them

Someone who has put 60MP into a bunker does not have that for Fausts or Shreks or FHTs, etc, etc

Motars do take for ever, that might be why they are not a good counter

Tanks

That is all! lolololol

I hear is2s do a great job of clearing bunkers. Just wait till you get one of those, call it in and clear the bunker ... Then you can start playing :p

*facepalm*

Bunkers are only OP if you're inexperienced player. I don't think anyone with decent skill have problems with them.

Agree, seeing people whine about bunkers is funny. When I saw the topic I thought people would suggest a minor buff to them or propose soviets to build them too. But crying that Bunkers are OP is just hilarious

Flamers should do way more damage against bunkers, gg.

On certain maps I think they are very hard to deal with, and in 4v4s.

Again, the issue is build time not the MG arc or whatever. Increasing the build time as well as the HP will contribute to more dynamic play and people trying to stop the builds rather than having to deal with them later.

If you do get one up, they shouldn't go down as easy as they do to AT guns I think.

Protip: put guards in a car. Drive around to the back of the bunker. Profit.

yea I exaggerated... sorry but when there is a standoff in 2v2+, bunkers definitely give germans edge.

Bunkers should take damage from small arms fire, just like the MG Emplacement. And it should take more time to build.
