That thing just stuck, dunno if it is like the old nebels stuck bug at slope, but at least you can get the nebels out.

You're sure it was not in counter-barrage mode? I've never seen a vehicle stuck.

I did not think counter barrage prevented movement. I could be wrong (I never use it), but normally it just allows the unit to basically autofire whenever it "detects" another artillery piece.

Watched the replay. The mortar halftrack is stuck while trying to fire the incendiary round (the icon with the flame is floating above it), so my guess is it has something to do with that. It as severe bug though, better send it to relic.
