Crew repair, sniper attack move commands

not sure if these are bugs or meant to be in the game as a mechanics.

1. Soviet "crew repairs" commander ability.
it need to be "out of fight to enable it and can be stopped at any time. unless you are being attacked even by a Pio squirt gun, you are stuck until the tank fully repaired or dead with no option to stop this ability.
there is no reason for a crew to stand and keep repairing while being attacked, you can at least make it run with a disabled gun if the repair is interrupted.

2. Germans Sniper attack move is not working!
meanwhile attack move on the soviet sniper will attack the tank if the repair crew is on the other side XD
nothing to add on this one

Not being able to cancel crew repair needs to be fixed. It costs you too much when it happens. Nothing like losing an is2 to a pio squad...

The PTRS's are fine as they are. Whenever i'm up against Guard Infantry, I always have to be careful with my vehicles or the Guards will completely destroy them. Good range, good damage and fairly cheap; if anything, the PTRS should nerfed since it's ridiculously good for the price. Even in the hands of Conscripts, the PTRS's are extremely potent.

I had a problem with this too. He wouldn't fire unless manually ordered. And he was not at hold fire or out of LoS.

My experience with it is limited though (I rarely build german snipers).

I too had this problem with the Ost sniper. And I dont play Germans often; but when I do I use snipers.
