T-34-76 after patch is more weak. In move you miss infantry. If you meat Pz with shrecks you must flee. Before you can kite them. Now is better go with shock troops and Su-85. T3 is more weak. Maybie good for RAM and damage deal with Zis-3.

T34/76 remains a strong anti-inf unit. You can still run over infantry in addition to shooting them and it is durable enough to take on single (unsupported) shrecked PGs. So I'd say the T34 was not significantly affected by the moving scatter penalty.

Have you read the patch notes or watched the Relic video explaining the changes?

I play with T-34 many weaks and now i see impact of last patch. I write my experience with this unit. I respect Vlad, he is realy good player and have experience playing both side.

Have you ever tried to play with T-34? You are only Ost player. Please make yourself only in the topics, that you understand.

Read patch notes, you silly. All vehicles in the game (not just your t3476) got scatter penalty while moving, so you should stop before shooting at infantry

Why are you so angry and offensive?

Your information is wrong. Im currently only Sov player.

What have I said that I dont understand?

I just asked that:
Have you read the patchnotes?
Have you watched the explanation video from Relic?

If you had, you would know that that is the intended result of the change.
Yes, T34 (and all other armor)now has less infantry accuracy when moving.
That was the whole point.

I only write my experience and impact last patch. For me is T-34 less atractive and prefere Shock troops and Su-85 or IS-2.

Regarding OP post. I was kind of expecting this would happened. Especially when you try to fight of a blob of PGs with your T-34/76.
You can improve your chances by trying to stop the unit right before shoot this way you will not get penalty but this requires a bit of practice and counting (that's what I do :) one Mississippi, two Mississippi etc :D )
Sadly this is the drawback of Soviet Industry nerf and sadly Ostwind (main Ost anti infantry shock unit) hasn't been affected by this change at all.
Sometimes you wonder.
Anyway try to get a Maxim and learn how to control enemy units with it.

If the ostwind hasn't been affected then I truly don't understand the balance team.
The problem with Russian armour is it is al shitty AI tanks in T3,and now they don't fill this roll any more either. So what exactly is the idea with T3? It seems to me that germs still have their dedicated AI vehicles untouched and because of one stupid Haines commander the base game is being ruined

Good tips.

From the patch notes:

Moving Penalty
Moving vehicles now receive a 2x scatter penalty in addition to the 0.5 accuracy penalty

Ie it applies to all vehicles. Not sure where this idea that it doesn't apply to Ostwinds came from.
If, in fact, it doesn't apply to Ostwinds that's almost 100% a bug and not a design decision.

Ostwind have large AOE. Dont need hit model. Brumbar the same, but this monster dont shot in move. :-)

Applies to Ostwind too. I dont know where people are getting that it doesnt.

I just saw a single Sniper model escape from moving Ostwind in Stephenns stream.

Aradan, you are wrong.

Ostwind, T34 and even T70 all have exactly same AoE.

Yes. So what?

Its a specialised AI armor unit.
Your claim that AoE was large, was wrong.
And so is claim that it wasnt affected.

Infact the Ostwind is probably the MOST affected by this change, because as a specialised AI armor unit whos job was killing infantry, it is now worse at its main job than it was before.

I never say that Ostwind AoE was wrong. I have no problem with Ostwind.
In my experience is T-34 weaker after patch, but i dont cry. I adapt my strategy.
Dont be troll.

How about T-70?

Yes, T70 also substantially affected as a primarily AI vehicle. It still performs early light vehicle counter just fine though, which is its other role.

However Ostwind is a more expensive unit, so you get proporionately less bang for your buck, because the scatter modifier is flat, and affects cheap and expensive units at the same flat rate.

For the second time, Ostwind has exact same AoE as T34 and T70.
