It is an op doctrine, designed for newbs. Even if you lock them early game, blocking off the fuel, obtaining 2 VPs, they pull out dozens of tanks, and germans hence lose ground. By the time you bring out the heavier tanks, they already have a death squadron waiting for you, making the game almost impossible to win, if not for a lucky Tiger Ace push; in fact, you can't take the entire enemy team with just one tank, even if you support it with panzershreks, vet grens, pioneers ready to repair. The infamous ram the soviets do also push you back several minutes, as they either blow up your main gun or engine, or sometimes both. By the time you have repaired your Tiger Ace, they have pulled out another 2-3 tanks, making it then impossible to win. They seriously need to nerf it or provide the germans with a more valid counter.

I think the ability soviet industry could be moved to 1CP. It would still be usefull, but it would delay the rushing of tanks.

So apparently a few people agree with me, then why do they not fix it? Is there some sort of counter (in 2v2s ofc) which I am not aware of?

I agree with you that Industry needs to be nerfed, and I don't want to put words in Relic's mouth - perhaps Noun or some one could make an official comment if they please but my assumption from my experience in IT is that they can't always just throw out a hotfix. There is a long process that has to be followed to ensure everything flows smoothly. Yes I wish that there had already been a patch as I've all but given up queueing German in automatch this patch, but I can understand that they have to go through the proper channels to get things accomplished.

Just my assumption though. I could be wildly wrong xD. Either way, nerfing industry cannot come soon enough in my opinion.

they realized that their commanders sales plunged when they released the hotfix so they are leaving the new commanders a longer OP period.

is marketing 101 how to give treats to babies. did they learn that from games workshop??

KoRneY: @aerafield It's possible that it is underpriced for what it is capable of now, no need to go full retard and take it immediately as a massive problem. It costs 60 more MP than a pz.3 and in 2v2 the barrage can be quite strong.
