You're reading this right, the game launches at 10 AM Vancouver time, where Relic is located.

It would be kinda annoying if it launched at 0 AM for everyone, meaning Asia and Australia could play hours earlier than Europe and especially South/North America

After preloading the game why I can't play it? It says game is not released yet.

Game is "preloaded" for you so you have to wait for the launch time. I suspect then you will download a smile file and the game will be able to launch!

aerafield: @LimaOscarMike I would say nowadays is a decent time to try CoH3. If you loved CoH2 however, there is a solid chance you're gonna dislike CoH3
