Today a friend was playing a 4v4 match as a Soviet. His opponent was an OKW with the Sturmtiger doctrine. In one fight, the sturmtiger pushed, but 2 SU-85 and multiple AT guns hit it, destroying the main gun. Nevertheless, the sturmtiger shot anyways, stunning the tanks.
Idk if anyone had the same glitch, because is has no sense that the vehicle is able to shot with the main gun destroyed.

I would have been pissed as shit if I saw that. The only thing I can think of was the game already predetermined the shot as fired it was just going through the animation.

On the topic of Sturmtiger bugs. It can still start firing before its stopped moving. Not sure if its intended or not but its pretty powerful as it doesn't telegraph its firing time accurately when its still moving and firing.

Yeah, pretty disappointing that this hasn't been patched. Not sure if it was deemed unfixable for whatever reason or just went under the radar, but as far as I'm concerned this glitch was one of the main things that made the ST broken and abuseable.

It's still easily reproducible. There are two bugs really for ST. One is shooting over the max range by 2-5 units (tested in testmap), the other is the fast fire bug. I can reproduce it by using the cannon while the tank is still driving up to the target. You can shoot in less than 2 seconds once you're in the range. Both remain unfixed.
