I feel ashamed to ask, so I guess it is good to ask.
Will the grens benefit from yellow cover in this engagment? Assuming everybody stands still.
Yellow cover - directional?

No. Only omnidirectional cover is the crater from shells (or map placed). Walls, shrubs, logs, tractors, picket fence, etc... all directional cover

As Protos said.
There are bushes on some maps where I don't know how they behave, since infantry seems to stand in the middle of them.
Example of this would be the VP on the field in rails and metal.

Bushes and shrubs are supposed to be omni directional, but sometimes you wonder if you're really benefiting from cover, and what constitutes as a bush or shrub etc. Beyond that even, cover just doesn't work occassionally. You never know at the end of the day.

Bushes are all supposed to be omni-directional.
There are also some omni-directional cover objects that make no sense, like dead animals or boulders. Haven't checked that far into it, but those stood out.
