When i see artifacts i changed my whole pc and artifacts gone. Now i am playing in ultra settings and some textures look like doom 1993. Infantry models and vehicles look good but bushes and trees looks like shit.

How is anyone supposed to help you without screenshots, your PC specs and overview of graphical settings.
edit:
Looks pretty normal to me.

Settings in Ultra 1080p. I will post additional images. And a video. Texture behaviour is weird. Bushes acts like 2d.

That's normal.
Some elements are 2d to save on resources on graphical strain and, lets be honest, literally no one closes on and focuses on the bushes.

Yeah you are right but i focused it randomly and see 2d textures. I got surprised and think it can be some directx render problem or gpu go wild and need replacement. At least i know it is pretty normal.
