251 Bulletin secret health modifier

I can't even seem to find a bulletin for the 251 called recruit trainer, do you mean Officer Training?

The recruit trainer for the 251 and the m5 half-truck are not in the game but they are in the files, they are suppose to grant them 5% more armor.

For clarification, their is supose to be 3 types.

Recruit: 5% armor (in game file but not in the game, adds more health to the 251 also).

Officer: Speed modifier works as intended.

Veteran: Grant the M5 the rotation modifier but grant the 251 a 0.01 higher bonus plus 2% more health.

Sweet, I hope that means the recruit bulletin will return (without the 251 health buff of course, unless this isnt a official mini patch and just being ruled out of the tournament). Sorry, didnt read first.

If anyone can confirm if im correct about the kv1s thicker skin and kv8s speed and rotation bulletin apply their modifiers would be great.

Edit: Dont think the su85s 3% pen is their iver.

do this veteran bulletin 2% health bonus still work? i equip it and use cheat command mod, seem doesnt work for me

Recruit and veteran trainer half truck.

Recruit dosnt apply the rotation modifier as it suppose to.

Interestingly, the Recruit Training: Half-Track bulletin is not available from the store any more, and Veteran Training: Half-Track doesn't give extra health, so this is only something you crusty vets of the game can take advantage of ;P
