Game must be really perfectly balanced if people start complaining about most basic, staple mechanics of the game.
Either that, or there is a dangerous re-emergence of people who want to nuke everything that isn't basically MOBA pushing creep line style of battle, but without heroes.

It's high skill, fun to watch, easily countered, requires constant attention from the driver, and is reasonably realistic. (atleast as far as game mechanics are concerned. It looks weird when a tank obliterates a stone wall and trees and nothing happens to infantry) Infantry should fear tanks.
It's also possible by every faction and the few vehicles that were massively too good at it have been fixed. There's no reason to change it now.

For every .gif of a tank crushing 3 squads of infantry in one go there are the 36 attempts where it simply got snared and destroyed for over reaching.

There is no early game vehicle capable of infantry crush.
If you can't deal with it by mid game, that's not a balance/abuse issue.
Well, technically, it is an abuse issue - an abuse of obvious weakness within opponents army, which he decided to not address. That kind of abuse is as intended and skill based as it can humanly get.

also the range of getting pushed away by vehicles (especially very light ones like kübel) or even your own, is pretty stupid. i wish it would go away
