OKW fortifications doctrine reinforcement on lefh/pak43

It always bugged me a bit that unless you place a Pak43 or Lefh18 next to the medic HQ (or an ostheer player helps out with a 251/command bunker) there is no way to reinforce these team weapons. This kinda contradicts OKW's preservative nature and leaves little room to ever getting these team weapons to vet5. Now straight out adding mobile/mini reinforcement points to this doctrine might be OP, but would it be possible to add something that only allows these immobile assets to reinforce (similar to how pathfinder relays allow only paratroopers to reinforce)? Such as a specialised command bunker upgrade, only to reinforce these two.

Does that even get veterancy? Haven't checked yet. But yeah, I find it a bit silly that you can decrew the AA flak emplacement, should be pure health, like the british emplacements.
As for exact veterancy numbers, I would put self reinforcement somewhere at vet 1 or 2, with one of the previous veterancy bonuses removed (vet 4 or 5) and the rest pushed up by one level.

Vet 5 ability on the Lefh sucks anyway and could be removed.
AA guns do not vet and they should.

I would just add Command Bunker as an option for upgrade to the Bunkers that Volks can build. Less problematic than a support weapon that can constantly replenish itself if you don't one shot it and requires more planning while simultaneously not encouraging Truck cities.

I'd like to see bunker can upgrade to command bunker or medic bunker like ost
