did you go in game??? if you didn't get the notification in game you basically create and accoung using your email. whatever email you wnat so long as you can verify it. if it didn't get the popup go to your options and on the botton there is abutton that will activate it and you can fill it out as normal.
then turn off your game and go to your email and verify the email. then restart game and you should have both.
