Why not make it 20% your own units and 5-10% for allied units?

The best solution imo is to keep the aura at 10% DR and simply convert it from a Panzer IV F1 into a Panzer IV F2.

TBH in large team games this tank is meh and only used as a defense buff tank parked behind the army.

That makes sense. I doubt you would really focus on fighting with such a tank in big team games so keeping in staying in the back all the time would be best

As long as it affects everyone on your team it shouldn't go anywere. If it goes the way of the UKF command vehicle then yeah, it deserves a solid buff
