Make cluster bombs stun and damage vehicles like fargs do and have them have 100% chance to wipe anything that's directly clicked on unless it moves and you can have CP increased.

That’s literally what they do though. Vision port damage on vehicles for a few seconds and 100% nuke whatever gets hit and doesn’t move. Frags are a bit more instantly lethal, but pretty sure cluster bombs hve a larger area of effect and are more lethal to mass retreats since they fall over time.

I think a cost increase to 130 and a tiny (like 0.3 sec) arrival delay is enough for them to be balanced.

Cluster bomb CP and Cost need to be looked it comes at CP 7 which is earlier than light artillery barrage while being allot more powerful.

CP 4 timing is too late to build greyhound

Greyhound need to be buffed cannon dmg(40->60) or adjust CP timing to 3

Or after full officer tech but starts with one minute cooldown

Gray hound serve little role with "new" USF tech design. I would rather see it moved to mechanized and become a refit option of the M20.

they needs a arty area of denial unit.

maybe to balance, the doc calliope get higher hp and armor to differentiate. And call it calliope V2 in the potrait

non-doc calliope also fires less rounds until it vets up.

Changes to Pershing/Sherman/M36 seem to be in right direction but will require a bit more testing.

USF doesn't need a lot of changes:
Pershing is weaker in the HP/armour department than other heavies, therefore it should have the ability to wipe squads more easily (if the enemy is "smart" enough to stack), especially if you use ground targeting, no need to nerf that tank.
M36 is in a good spot, don't know why they nerfed armour on it, but ok, it's a glass cannon so it doesn't really matter how much armour it has since it should always be behind units. Everyone who says that M36 needs nerfing is in the wrong. You nerf M36 and you deny USF the ability to kill axis tanks (which perform quite well).
The best counter to M36 is Panther which can use it's high armour/speed to easily take out an M36. Panther beats Pershing 1v1 ~50% of time... enough said.
Whoever said that all units should have elite zooks is in the wrong. Rangers with their ability to have 3 elite zooks are a good way of having an AT squad.

One thing that is happening more often with the recent updates is the recoloring of factions. The "get in line with <unit>" mantra needs to stop or else you'll kill the uniqueness of factions and inadvertently and definitely make one faction OP. The cookie-cutter business needs to stop.

I know there are no perfectly objective balance teams and you can't be impartial to it, but people really need to play all factions to get a grip of what's unbalanced. The game right now is in a good spot, no need for some grand changes...

To sum up:
a) M36 is in a good spot of a glass cannon and only non doctrinal dedicated tank destroyer
b) Pershing didn't need any changes whatsoever, it should have the best anti infantry cannon since it doesn't have a dedicated hatch gunner so the AOE nerf is unnecessary

Everything else in the USF is pretty well balanced and serves as a good standard for versatile faction.

For 1.3
Pershing should not be nerf,it already have less armor and HP,give it strong firepower is balance,if nerf,Pershing should cheaper than tiger
