Range of sight should be low to require backup

Pop should be high because they are already too cost efficient anyway

1) Drop the sniper speed to half or quarter when moving around, but full when retreating.
2) Only break camouflage if shot is taken at 95% or closer of max range
3) Add 0.5 accuracy modifier when shooting at green cover units and 0.95 at yellow cover. +1.5x rate of fire against red cover units.
4) Reduce cost to 320
5) Give pathfinders, IR pathfinders and JLI a counternsipe mode where they’re camouflaged in cover and get double detection range for camouflaged units.
