Help me please

Hi. New to the forum. Im old player of coh2 and its my main & favorite game but since couple of days ago i can't go to multiplayer parts like automatch vs players - automatch vs ai & create a custom game. I did fresh install,cleared the cache and verifyed the integrity of the files for 5 times but nothing worked. Finally i loged in with my 2nd steam account & everything worked great.The "error" that it gives me before entering a online/offline lobby is just a blank notification.

just a hunch, but do you remember having done anything that would even remotely justify a (temporary) ban? i vaguely remember someone posting some "bug" quite like this a pretty long while ago - turns out he got a timeout by relic for reasons unknown (to me).

You got banned 100%. All you can do now is pretty much wait it out. Or did you do something so severe that u got a permaban? lol

How can I know about my ban ? Its permaban or time ban ? If it's time ban how to know about length of it?
You got banned 100%. All you can do now is pretty much wait it out. Or did you do something so severe that u got a permaban? lol

Do you have an idea of what you did wrong? I mean if you hacked or something like that then its a permaban obviously
Did you teamkill someone in the past? Or spam racial slurs in the chat etc? Then its probably a 2 week ban in case this was your first ban

Yes i insulted some players especially in 1v1 matches. It's my 1st ban.
Do you have an idea of what you did wrong? I mean if you hacked or something like that then its a permaban obviously

If thats all then I assume 1-2 weeks and you should be back

well, that's certainly the right lesson to be leared, good luck with that. i guess sometimes all that's needed is a "gentle" push in the right direction.

Rosbone: But I agree, the cost to get a full decent Coh game pushing $115 US is not the best idea. Especially when it needs so much more work for casuals.
